Format: Premodern Constructed

Premodern is a community-created old school format consisting of the expansion sets from Fourth Edition to Scourge. Played with contemporary Magic: The Gathering rules, it features roughly every Standard legal (sorry Portal and promos) card printed between 1995 and 2003. The ban list can be referred to at https://premodernmagic.com

Notes on card legality: more contemporary reprints of format legal cards are welcomed, gold bordered (World Championship Deck) cards are permitted with use of opaque sleeves. Player will also be able to use up to 12 proxy cards.  (Full color prints outs preferred, but full oracle text required.)

Tournament Entry*: $15 Preregistration. $16 on site. Discount will be applied during checkout.

You will need to download the Magic Companion App on your phone or tablet to receive your pairings at the store.

Hint: your user id and password are the same as MTG Arena.

Prizes:
$15 Store Credit added to the prize pool per player.  Payout to top finishers.  Prizes will also be supplemented by promo packs/cards provided by Wizards of the Coast as supplies allow.
