※ Participants may use Oshi holomem, holomem, and Spot holomem cards of talents featured in Booster Pack Elite Spark in their deck construction. Participants may also choose to include cards of featured talents in Booster Pack Elite Spark that are distributed outside the Booster Pack.

Other card types, for example Support cards, are to follow standard deck construction rules.
