Bryon Wackwitz In-Store Signing

Bryon will be signing in store from 6pm to 8pm on Friday, March 21st, 2025.

Regular Card Signatures will be $4 each.
Shadow Card Signatures will be $8 each.
He will also have Playmats and Prints for sale.

Bryon Wackwitz is a pioneering artist and illustrator with a distinguished legacy in gaming history. As one of the first 49 artists for Magic: The Gathering, Bryon helped shape the visual foundation of the beloved card game. He is also celebrated as an original illustrator for Legend of the Five Rings and served as Art Director for the Doomtown card game from 1997 to 1999.

Throughout his career, Bryon has brought his unique artistic vision to numerous iconic games, including Dungeons & Dragons 2nd Edition, Rage, Jihad, Ars Magica, Werewolf: The Apocalypse, 7th Sea, Burning Sands, Steve Jackson’s GURPS, and many more. Most recently, his art appears in Sorcery: Contested Realm's Arthurian Legends set, marking a triumphant return to collectible card games.

From 1999 until early 2024, Bryon owned and operated a renowned airbrush shop in Philadelphia, where he collaborated with artists and performers such as Missy Elliott, Ginuwine, Busta Rhymes, Ciara, Usher, The Diplomats, Freeway, and Sean John. His work was also featured in Netflix’s Worn Stories. In May 2024, Bryon closed his shop to focus exclusively on his illustration work.

Currently living and working in Philadelphia, PA, Bryon actively takes on commissions and continues to bring fantasy worlds to life with his timeless art.
